I would give zero stars still waiting on a package which I ordered 3 weeks ago normally the delivery time to my country is 4 to 6 days I contacted the customer service and no help from their side. The last time I ordered something from you

Service and products are average but effective. I'll be ordering again hopefully better experience next time

So it says in their text and email that I get a 40% discount for signing up. In fine print at the bottom are all these exclusions on what you can use it for. So basically you can have 40% off of any of the old stuff that isn't selling and nobody wants. It actually said "No new items" But you cannot decipher what is really old or new. So you get to checkout and it says discount cannot be used because one of the items in your cart is not eligible. Which item? It doesn't say. Wasted half an hour and then got standard packaged responses from customer service. Sorry. Sorry you lost a customer.

Terrible, placed order 10th December and I still haven’t received my items (23rd today). I have tried contacting Redcon1 twice through the customer service email and the most I have received is an automated acknowledgment stating they will respond within 24hrs, needless to say they didn’t.

Redcon 1 in the U.K is beyond shocking. The customer service isn’t just rude they. And do their job properly. Waited over 10 days for my products to be delivered, no tracking. Emailed the and they responded with a generic answer not answering any of
My questions followed by not answering
Any of my emails. The delivery turned up and I was missing items. Stay well away
